A Management Graduate from SCHMRD Pune with 20+ years of leadership in Banking and Finance, Himanshu has held senior roles at Godrej Capital, RBL Bank, Barclays Finance and ICICI Bank — building a deep understanding of wealth management, investor psychology and the financial markets that drive real estate decisions.
His vision to bridge India's investors with the world's most open real estate market led to the co-founding of IA Wealth Dubai. He is also the driving force behind the firm's Senior Living division — a deeply personal mission to provide dignity, quality and financial security to senior citizens through thoughtfully curated investment opportunities.
Sachin Gupta

In 2012, Sachin Gupta had a clear-eyed conviction: India's HNI investors deserved honest, research-backed real estate advisory — not commission-chasing brokers. Armed with a B.A. Economics from Delhi University, an MBA in Marketing & Finance from IBS Hyderabad, and 15+ years of experience at ICICI, HSBC and Standard Chartered, he founded Invest Advise.
That single act of entrepreneurial courage — building a firm rooted in transparency when the market rewarded the opposite — is the foundation everything IA Wealth stands on today. Sachin's visionary leadership transformed a boutique Noida advisory into a 4,000+ investor, ₹1,100 Crore AUM platform spanning 12 Indian cities and the world.
Bharat Khanna

Bharat began his real estate career in Mumbai in 2001 before relocating to Dubai — and has spent over two decades building a deep, trusted presence in the UAE property market. His rare combination of hands-on experience across both Indian and Dubai real estate makes him the go-to advisor for investors comparing opportunities across both markets.
As Director, he oversees the firm's developer partnerships, drives HNI portfolio strategy and ensures every recommendation meets the quality standards that IA Wealth's 4,000+ investors have come to trust. His network across UAE developers and India's top builders is one of the firm's most valued assets.
